Cats and Baby Toys, Redux

Loud Thing is only getting louder, but thank goodness there's no movement yet. I mean, there's tons of kicking and punching but no crawling in my direction. Because that will just be...creepy. In my current gorgeous incarnation, I was not present when Pink Thing was tiny, so this wee human slave stuff is all new to me, though it is not new to Big D. I am discovering many interesting things about having tiny slaves in the house, some of which I have reflected upon in this blog previously, and some of which I will reflect on in the future.

With the introdution of Loud Thing, as commented earlier, several interesting gadgets entered the household. Sometimes, it behooves me to share with Big D, even when he does that annoying "paw on the head" thing. Honestly, I think he was trying to make bunny ears behind my head for the camera but was too lazy to hold up his claws.

I have heard Typing Slave comment that Loud Thing detests the "bumpy chair" since it is not a reasonable facsimile of human arms and the only reason she keeps it around is because she can't get the cats out of it. Which is exactly how things should be.

Loud Thing, incidentally, has surpassed Big D in heft and weight. We have discovered that when she is in the bumpy chair, it cannot be shared. She is too big. Yet her lap is too small for comfy sitting. What use is she? None, of course. Except for the gadgets.

I think I DO see tiny bunny ears back there, MK! Oh, that Big D is such a cut-up!

I had to clean off a corner of my desk so my cat could sit and watch me type. I think she's trying to channel her own book.

If my cats see this, they will demand a bumpy chair of their own!

Wow, what a great kitty bed! Very comfy. You did right to claim it.

I feel bad for you MK. I can't believe loud one does not serve to your every need. I am going to demand for a BUMPY CHAIR of my own now, and a fresh bowl of tuna since the slaves did not get me a BUMPY CHAIR earlier.
