I'm like, D! What can a teeny slave do you for you? Besides break your eardrums, pull your tail, and drool on you? Sometimes there's milk on their faces and they often have nice toys (link), but until they're bigger, they're useless. Their hands are so small, they aren't even good at the belly rubs.
Big D sees things differently. His strategy is to break them in early so that when they get big enough to reach the cat treats, they will feel such love for the cat they dole them out on demand:
I guess he has a point. One must train the Things from day one in order to ensure proper subservience.

That is a good idea. If we ever get one of those I'm gonna 'member that.
I've never seen a human that small. All I can say is, train it properly in the first place.
