I don't know if you know this, but Typing Slave fancies herself a writer. With the birth of Loud Thing, her productivity is suffering somewhat of a blow until the necessary adjustments can be made, i.e. she has to get used to serving us cats and TWO kids not yet in school, instead of just us and Pink Thing (note how the cats come first!)
To keep her "hand in" the writing, someone suggested TS establish a "snarky mommy blog" to chronicle her good times in the newly expanded Meankitty household. The question is, do we offer her posting privileges here in the spirit of getting more goodwill tuna, or do we make her set up a second blog? That would turn this into a cat & mommy blog for the amount of time it took her to get the urge out of her system. Posts by myself and the hopefully soon to resurface Party Cats would continue as before, perhaps with additional commentary as we responded to TS's mommy posts.
So what do the 6 of you who visit us think? Should we let her in?

Sure, let her post about being a mom, but only if that tuna is forthcoming. As long as you put your spin on it through snarky comments, it should be tolerable.
Hmmm...I'm reminded that I never offered a name suggestion for Loud Thing (we should hope it will stop being such a burden to your ears soon). How about The Insolent Fool (TIF for short - ha!)? My TFS seems to use this a lot to describe those whom she finds utterly annoying - it definitely seems to fit this recent interloper. ;)
tuna first then the Loud thingy stuff! let's get our priorities straight.
